*The plans offered by TripMate are available for travelers who are making payments online to Best in Class Tours, LLC. using our Payment Service.

All Travel Protection-related questions must be addressed directly to the company from which the plan was purchased from.

All tour cancellations must be made in writing to Best in Class Tours, LLC. directly.  Tour cancellations must be emailed to billing@bestinclasstours.com.  The email should include the following:  the traveler’s name, school name, dates of traveler, mailing address, and reason for cancellation.
